Carolina Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide hospice care for patients at our recently renovated, 12-bed Hospice House in Newton. With our low patient-to-nurse ratio, we ensure the highest quality of care and support for both our patients and staff.

Three, 12-hour shifts per week, every other weekend, 7:00pm - 7:00am. Night shift positions offer an additional increased $4/hour shift differential.
This is a full-time position offering an excellent benefit package and paid time off.

Duties:
Providing patient care in compliance with the Carolina Caring Visit Model.Identifying patient/caregiver needs, developing goals, and providing supportive care in accordance with the attending physician's orders and the interdisciplinary team plan of care.Managing the plan of care by assessing, implementing, and evaluating the services provided to each patient.Assessing patients, recording significant conditions and reactions, and notifying supervisors or physicians of patient conditions, reactions to treatments, and significant incidents.
