Creatives On Call is seeking a Marketing Manager with skills supporting retail products to join their corporate client's in-house marketing team.
This role will be onsite in Mason and is a full-time, salaried position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include:
Leading and executing marketing programs. This includes identifying, suggesting, and implementing annual plans for promotions and merchandising that are aligned with the company's marketing strategy.
Develop and deliver plans for individual brands under senior guidance
Managing the development and delivery of marketing support for both products and services within the larger strategic
Supporting others in utilizing external communications systems and using strategic planning systems and protocols. (including following existing procedures for common inquiries)
Experience with Lead Generation, Sales Support, and E-Business
Leading Cross Functional Teams:
providing primary supervision to an internal team
manage day-to-day relationships with contract service providers
managing relationships with key internal customers - acting as their business partner.
manage important client relationships with senior colleagues' guidance
oversee relationship management with transactional clients
Manage the outcomes of major projects
REQUIREMENTS
Required
BA/BS Degree3+ years' experience in Marketing or a related field
Preferred
Degree in Marketing or a related field
3 to 6 years of experience in the planning and managing of resources
