Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans


• Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to residents


• Monitor and document residents' progress


• Educate residents and families on home exercises


• Maintain a clean and organized therapy area

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program


• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant


• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab facility preferred


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
