Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist



Duties & Responsibilities: Home Health Physical Therapist sought for 13 week assignment, with the potentail to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 day shifts, Monday-Friday. The area of coverage is Clinton, Tipton, and Howard counties.



Minimum Requirements:

• IN PT license


• Home Health experience


• BLS
