ORBIS Crane Operator 1st Shift at ORBIS Corporation in Piedmont, South Carolina

Job Description:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely move raw materials, components, finished goods, etc. to their assigned locations.


• Ensure material movements are consistent with current procedures regarding proper identification for storage/shipment.


• Conduct daily equipment inspections and document findings on Crane Operator Evaluation.


• Follow all safety procedures in the use of crane operator.


• Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).


• Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.


• Contribute to team effort.


• Maintain a safe and clean work space.


• Able to work in a limited climate controlled environment


• Other duties as assigned.
