The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Senior Finance Reporting Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Engaging with cross functional areas including Treasury, Accounts Receivable, Business Finance, Manufacturing, Data Intelligence and IT across several global locations


• Gathering, coordinating, communicating and executing finance related reporting requirements


• Creating detailed Functional Designs (FD's) to ensure proper report development


• Implementing standardization in reporting and establish best practices to ensure process transformation is taking place.


• Effectively training end users and increasing Global Reporting Tool acumen across Finance.


• Trouble shooting issues and potentially define work arounds


• Driving Global Tool adoption and standardization of RTR Reporting & Analytics


• Challenging Status Quo considering diversity of stakeholders to offer novel solutions


• Identify and implement optimization and process improvement to increase efficiency

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher AND eight (8) years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A or Reporting & Analytics in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience with Finance & Accounting practices and policies


• Ability to translate and articulate business needs into tangible, data-based solutions


• Extensive knowledge of Finance (RTR) datasets, sources, and security models


• Excellent project management and problem solving skills


• Experience with SQL and working knowledge of query and data warehouse design


• Advanced Power BI skills including data modelling, transformation, DAX measures, RLS, and building visualizations


• Growth-focused mindset on emerging technologies and capabilities to drive transformation

Work location: Remote - United States

Travel: May include up to (5%)(domestic/international)

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
