Job Description:

As a Genomics Product Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the strategic vision, development, and launch of innovative genomics products and features that leverage the power of accelerated computing and Artificial Intelligence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, research, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful design, execution, and market adoption of the genomics offerings in our NVIDIA Clara Parabricks platform.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the entire product lifecycle from vision to strategy to development and launch.
  
  


• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the Genomics space. Translate insights into actionable product plans.
  
  


• Define and prioritize features, creating a comprehensive product roadmap that supports short-term and long-term goals.
  
  


• Work closely with engineering, research, program management, and quality assurance teams to ensure the successful development, testing, and delivery of high-quality product releases.
  
  


• Lead the go-to-market strategy and launch activities, including coordinating marketing, sales enablement, and customer education efforts.
  
  


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key opinion leaders in genomics.
  
  


• Define key performance indicators to measure the success of your product, and use it to make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
  
  


• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in genomics, staying informed about advancements and their potential impact on product strategy.
  
  

What We Need To See:

• 8+ years of Product management experience in Genomics related products.
  
  


• MS degree in Genomics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Phd preferred.
  
  


• Strong knowledge of software development processes and AI techniques.
  
  


• Excellent interpersonal skills: written, spoken, and visual.
  
  


• Ability to influence and work with an elite team of software engineers
  
  


• Motivation and ability to manage concurrent projects, constituents, and priorities with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  
  


• Ability to travel up to 30%.

The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 310,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
