Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct nutritional assessments and develop tailored dietary plans for residents based on their individual needs.


• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to integrate dietary plans into residents' overall care plans.


• Monitor and evaluate residents' progress, making necessary adjustments to dietary plans as needed.


• Provide education and counseling to residents and their families on proper nutrition and dietary choices.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest nutritional research and guidelines to ensure the highest standards of care.

• Valid and current Registered Dietitian (RD) certification.


• State licensure in California.
