Crescent Jewelers is currently seeking the right individual to add to our fun and friendly staff as an Office Assistant. We are looking for someone full or part-time who has excellent customer service skills and a dedication to detail. Duties will include clerical support such as daily/monthly reports and accounts payable. Computer skills are required and knowledge of Square POS a plus. Additional benefits available for full-time employees. Most Saturdays are required as well as select Sundays during the Christmas season.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner.
Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
Monitor merchandise on the sales floor.
Qualifications:
Previous office and customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn about products and services offered.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
