Job Description:

The Management Consultant/Business Analyst will work effectively with team members in delivering a large change program for the Veterans Health Administration. The Management Consultant/Business Analyst/Business Analyst should have working knowledge of change management principles and tools, as well as the ability to write and edit project documentation. They will support a program delivering management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership to the Veterans Administration. The Management Consultant/Business Analyst/Business Analyst works closely with project leads and developers in the execution of tasks defined in a performance work statement.

Position Responsibilities:
Interact with the team and client to identify business needs, as well as project scope and requirements Use a structured process and tools to identify, fill and track performance gaps Identify changes to requirements and effectively demonstrate impacts to scope and timeline Manage project plan tasks, dependencies and schedule Proactively manage actions, issues and risks to ensure project success Develop detailed project schedules, estimates and resource plans, as needed Support the creation and development of value stream mappings and roadmaps Produce and deliver detailed status reports and briefings, along with periodic presentations Develop, implement and communicate process and quality improvement ideas Coordinate and monitor timely and effective completion of actions Coordinate development of high-quality project deliverables using appropriate templates Review deliverables for accuracy in content, grammar and formatting, while ensuring compliance to VA quality specifications Collaborate and interface with project stakeholders, including business leaders, staff, vendors and service partners
