Senior Change Management Consultant - Remote at Sierra7 in Falls Church, Virginia

Job Description:

The Sr. Change Management Consultant will work as part of a team supporting the people side of change on Integrated Healthcare Transformation (IHT) projects within the federal government. Responsibilities include creating and implementing change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance to meet strategic objectives. The Sr. Change Management Consultant will also coach project sponsors on change management best practices, lessons learned and trends, while designing tailored change management solutions that deliver value and project success.

Position Responsibilities:
Use Prosci tools and the ADKAR model to manage change to support the merger and upscaling of a large organization Identify and analyze stakeholders to support change management objectives Develop and deliver change readiness assessments, and effectively analyze and report results Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes Align stakeholders to a shared vision Create and update high quality, actionable deliverables Support, coach and engage executive leaders Integrate change management activities into an agile project management plan Create and execute an effective stakeholder engagement plan Identify and manage change resistance and saturation Identify, analyze risks and apply effective risk mitigation tactics Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress at the organizational, individual and project Level
