Night QC Technician and Safety at ISOFlex a Division of Sigma Plastics in Aberdeen, North Carolina

Job Description:

Able and willing to assist in various office tasks as needed by management, but will be responsible for these specific tasks:

QC:

• Develop and maintain inspection reports


• Ensure compliance to federal and state laws, as well as company standards and specifications


• Maintain calibration of quality control equipment


• Perform inspections across all stages of production throughout night


• Prepare and maintain test data for review


• Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards


• Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly


• Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency

• Identify safety or health issues-and help to address them with training or other interventions


• Enforcing safety policies


• Conducting audits and inspections


• Ensuring OSHA compliance


• Keep detailed training logs
