Ultimate Staffing is seeking a B2B experienced Business Development Specialist for a great company in Cary, NC!


This is Full Time, 100% IN OFFICE



Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm


Pay: $20-$22/hour


Position Summary:


Build relationships with targeted decision makers to penetrate and widen the scope of business opportunity for our clients.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Ø Serve as a point of contact, managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, or live chat support.


Ø Ensure an excellent customer experience across all communications channels.


Ø Collaborate with client sales and marketing professionals to deliver a premium customer experience.


Ø Maintain a thorough understanding of each client's business model.


Ø Take ownership of customer interactions from start to finish.


Ø Craft thoughtful and personalized responses to various customer requests.


Ø Relationships are developed by effectively executing the following duties and others as is appropriate:


Identify correct contact for lead development.


Gather and expand intelligence on the target organization's structure to include:


Decision influencers and decision makers


Corporate Structure


Business Processes and Challenges


IT Infrastructure


Previous Projects/Implementations


Project Profile: Scope, Timing, Budget, Authority


Follow up Execution and Timing


Collateral Fulfillment


Complete and Accurate Documentation of all information gathered, actions taken and subjective information in the contact record.


Ø Resourceful, able to prioritize and problem solve.


Ø Contribute to the development of other staff members who support this position.


Knowledge/Skills, and Abilities: Minimum Required:


Ø Minimum Required: 2-3 years experience with B2B


Ø Minimum Required: 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role or call center.


Ø Proactive and self-starting approach


Ø Strong communication skills -written, verbal and interpersonal.


Ø Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
