Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable, driven, and attentive Full-Time Collector with professional collections experience to join our team in Lawrenceville, GA. The ideal candidate will be able to handle at least 100 outbound calls per day and oversee a high volume of accounts.   

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct at least 100 outbound collection calls daily.


• Negotiate payment plans with customers.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments.


• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries.


• Collaborate with the collections team to meet and exceed performance targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Self-motivated and trustworthy with strong communication skills.


• Previous experience in collections required.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Proficiency in computer systems and software.


• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are highly regarded.
