Job Description:

As a(n) Logistics Optimization Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Learning and supporting initiatives to enhance global logistics sustainability practices


• Assisting in the implementation of crisis management strategies and protocols across international operations


• Contributing to the determination of key performance indicators (KPIs) for tracking sustainability metrics


• Providing essential support to cross-functional teams in executing sustainable logistics projects


• Demonstrating a willingness to be on-call during crisis situations as part of the learning and development process


• Working on other logistics optimization initiatives and projects as they arise, leveraging your analytical skills and logistical expertise to drive efficiency and innovation+

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science, Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain

OR

• High School Diploma/GED AND 4 years of experience in Logistics

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Academic coursework, internship, or up to 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, sustainability, or crisis management


• Knowledge or understanding of sustainability principles and practices


• Familiarity with crisis management frameworks and procedures


• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret data


• Skills such as effective communication, teamwork, and adaptability in dynamic environments

Work location:

• 
  Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for remote work but may require travel to closest location)
  

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $72,681 - $88,832, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
