Job Description:
Location: Villa Park, CA
Salary: $75,000.00 USD Annually - $100,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Bakery Manager
onsite in Villa Park, CA or San Clemente, CA
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production of bakery products, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Manage bakery staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate financial records related to bakery operations.
- Create and maintain menus, tracking inventory and ingredient supplies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and delicious baked goods.
- Discard stale or spoiled bakery items and markdown goods nearing expiration dates.
- Experience in cake decorating.
- Previous experience in bakery management or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of bakery processes and food safety regulations.
