Your daily work may include, but is not limited to:



  • Provides an exceptional level of customer service in line with our core values.


  • Communicates directly with customers by giving them quotes, answering customer calls and emails, assigning RMA #'s, or offering other information requested by the customer.


  • Will provide customers with Received and Return Dates for their products.


  • Route's customer return merchandise authorization (RMA) issues to Engineering and or Sales for technical support as needed.


  • Ensures customers are kept up to date with their Job repair status at appropriate intervals.


  • Documents and issues the correct Traveler for models received daily, assuring the correct type of Service needed is identified.


  • Expedites daily RMA Shipping Agenda.


  • Issue Warranty Replacements and Credit Memos


  • Ensures that quality inspection of RMA's is completed daily.


  • Processes scrapped units.


  • Will follow up with any late/pending orders.


  • Will check the order packets after the item has shipped to ensure that the documentation is correct and scan it into the system for filing.


  • Communicates with calibration technicians and service coordinators as needed.


  • Signs off Stock Requisitions received from Service Tech for parts needing repair to restore unit back to Dytran Manufacturer Spec.


  • Assures we carry out Expedited Service Orders.


  • Ensures work orders and RMA's are closed within the system.


  • Performs other duties as assigned.





Professional Qualifications



  • Experienced service administrator with a good sense of urgency and a structured approach to supporting our customers.


  • Associates degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an administrative or customer support role preferably in a manufacturing environment.


  • Manufacturing experience preferred.


  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management System, CRM a plus.

  • Experience with contract review.


  • Demonstrated collaborative skills.


  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.

Compensation



$25.00 - $31.00 per hour
