Registered Dietitian (Cantaloupe Holdings, LLC DBA Beachwood Post Acute & Rehab; Santa Monica, California): Conduct nutrition screenings, assessments, education, and therapy according to physician's orders and in compliance with Federal and State laws, and the organization's requirements. Conduct patient follow-ups on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to evaluate overall nutrition status, identify significant weight changes and changes in conditions, and adjust nutrition intervention as necessary. Develop, plan, and provide nutrition education and counseling services. Plan, organize, and refer clients to outpatient subspecialties dietitians as appropriate. Order dietary supplements and formularies from suppliers to ensure orders are in stock. Participate in patient satisfaction meetings, departmental meetings, and Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement meetings to ensure compliance with regulatory standards including federal, state, and accrediting agencies. Perform and develop kitchen sanitation audits, HACCP, in-service, and orientation programs for food service personnel. Review current systems in place pertaining to the preparation and service of resident meals and make modifications as necessary. Implement and revise menus to meet the residents' needs as needed. Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment.

Position supervises twenty-four (24) employees: one (1) Dietary Supervisor and twenty-three (23) Dietary Aids.

Salary: $82,000 - $93,000 per year
