Title: Industrial Lubrication Supervisor



Location: Blair Nebraska

Salary: Up to $92,040.00 annually depending on experience

Hours: Mon-Fri 7a-330p

Responsible for all team me m ber perfo r m ance and duties assoc i ated with lub r ication of plant e quip m ent in accordance w ith published procedures, lubrication rou t es etc. with an e m phasis on equip m ent inspection and s a m pling act i vities.



ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIE S :



*Team me m b er m ust be able to work and direct personnel in a t e am oriented and safety c on scious environ m ent. "Safety First" expectations include, but are not li m it e d to, PJHA process, Ob s e rvation process, and co m plia n ce with all co m p any / site s a fety g u ideli n es and procedures


*Assigned ta s ks list to include, but not limited to, supervising and coo r dinating the work of em plo y ees who repair and maintain bui l dings/facilities


*Must be able to operate and h a ve k n owledge of si m ple and c o m plex heavy indu s trial equip m ent Prepares wo r k schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work product


*Fa m iliar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judg m ent to p l an and acc o mplish goals


*Must have the flexibili t y t o work all sh if ts includ i ng holid a y s and weekends as de m a nded by the job


*E m plo y ee wi l l perform any and all other duties that are assigned by the responsible supervisor


*Must mainta i n positive cu s tomer and emplo y ee relations

QU AL I FIC AT I ON S:




Education: Possess a high school deg r ee or an approved GED. AA degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred, but n ot requi r e d.



Experienc e : Five y ears ' experience in industrial maintenance/lubrication preferred.
