What You'll Do:


  • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive staff training and educational programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and provide ongoing training to current staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop targeted educational initiatives.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate records of staff training, certifications, and continuing education activities.


What We're Looking For:

  • Current California LVN license in good standing.

  • Previous experience in a staff development or educational role within a healthcare setting.
