Claims Adminstrator (Warranty /Commerical Claims)




Location: Anaheim


Pay Rate: $26-$27/hr


Temp To Hire


Monday -Friday



The individual will primarily be interfacing with attorneys, insurance adjustors, our customers, property owners, and other claims specialists. This communication will take place primarily by emails and phone calls. They'll be reviewing claim documents such as financial valuations of damaged properties, engineering reports of failed products, and photos of the damaged property. They'll be conducting inspection and testing of evidence. They'll using Microsoft Excel to log pertinent information and take notes about the progress of each claim.

A water tank manufacturer and plumbing materials wholesaler, is looking for a Claims Specialist for its California facility, located in Anaheim, CA.


The ideal candidate has matured a couple of years of experience as a Claims Administrator.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Be responsible for the Claims management process.
* Collect, document, and evaluate claim data, assessing the legitimacy of claims received.
* Interface with claimants, insurance companies, and attorneys to negotiate and settle claims.



What You Need to Succeed:

* At least 2-5 years of relevant work experience in a Claims Administrator or Paralegal position.
* Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
* Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
* Prior knowledge of the plumbing industry and plumbing parts terminology is a plus
