Overview:
  • Seeking a contract Project Manager with a strong background in PMI & Agile methodologies to lead our Regulatory Affairs systems, process and data migration projects.

  • The ideal candidate should be adept in leading projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • This role requires initiative, strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and experience in running multiple partners.

  • Experience in process mapping, status reporting, scope, issue, and risk management are essential.

Job Duties:

Agile Project Management:
  • Apply agile methodologies to manage projects efficiently.

  • Adapt to changing requirements and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.

Partner Management:
  • Identify, engage, and manage multiple collaborators, ensuring clear communication.

  • Simplify sophisticated concepts for diverse collaborators, ensuring clarity and comprehension.

Process Mapping and Improvement:
  • Analyze existing processes and find opportunities for improvement.

  • Implement process improvements to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.

Reporting and Documentation:
  • Publish detailed status reports, maintaining clarity with all collaborators.

  • Keep the supervisor informed of project status, developments and issues.

Team Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with project teams, encouraging a productive and inclusive environment.

  • Apply strong teamwork skills to achieve project objectives.

Project Planning and Organizing:
  • Plan and organize project activities in alignment with PMI PMBOK standards.

  • Lead project scope effectively to prevent scope creep.

Risk and Issue Management:
  • Ability to implement projects, prioritize project resources, and assess project effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Implement effective strategies for issue resolution and risk mitigation.

RACI Framework:
  • Develop and maintain a RACI matrix to ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. PMP and Agile certifications preferred.


  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, ideally in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs systems and data migration.


  • Project Management Skills: Proficiency in PMI PMBOK and agile methodologies.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively lead a team and connect with senior leadership.


  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.


  • Technical Knowledge: Experience with Veeva RIM and understanding of the regulatory environment. Prior experience in merger-related projects is a plus.

Basic Qualifications
  • Doctorate degree OR Master degree and 2 years of experience OR Bachelor degree and 4 years of experience OR Associate degree and 10 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience

Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
  • Project management background

  • Strong communication skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Project management support of Regulatory Affairs projects. Support includes scheduling and facilitating meetings, creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking action items and deliverables, and communicating status and obstacles to management.

  • You may be asked to partner with project subject matter experts to create presentations and contribute to deliverables.

  • Process improvement projects will also require process mapping.

• The ideal candidate will have
: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, ideally in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs systems and data migration
