We are currently seeking highly motivated, driven, energetic, personable and proven full-desk Recruiter.


The Recruiter is responsible for all activities pertaining to external candidates, from recruitment to retention and/or end of the assignment (the entire life cycle of the candidate's placement cycle). This includes: (a) finding, screening and selecting quality candidates; (b) placing candidates in appropriate roles for external contracts; (c) managing (and resolving) any issues the candidate may have while on placement (or that the client may have with the candidate).

Healthcare Recruiter - Remote



Duties & Responsibilities



  • Source potential qualified candidates, including identifying, screening and selecting candidates through various candidate sources, including job boards

  • Assess and select candidates that meet client needs

  • Determine applicable wage rates for candidates within client contractual guidelines

  • Resolve any issues between candidates and client, including escalation of issues as needed to appropriate client and Allyon Healthcare leadership

  • Retain successful candidates by means through positive interactions/contact through phone, email, texting software, social media, etc.,

  • Consistently manage relationship from the beginning of the recruitment process throughout the candidate's assignment(s).

  • Work closely with Account Managers/Recruitment Manager to maintain a viable candidate pipeline

  • Coordinate the timely submittal of candidate's time records

  • Uphold and exceed recruitment quotas

  • Display effective teamwork with co-workers while assisting others in the workplace

  • Demonstrate professionalism in areas of answering phones, team meetings and/or meeting clients (current and prospective).

Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university (Human Resources, Communications, Psychology or similar discipline or 4 years of equivalent experience in the field

  • Proficient knowledge of G Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat

  • Experience in phone sales is preferred

  • Ability to work in the U.S. for any employer

  • Ability to meet onboarding requirements including a background check and drug screening


Physical/Work Environment Requirements:



  • Ability to work remotely in a designated workspace with little distraction

  • Sitting in chair/desk for minimum of 8 hours per day
