Position Summary


The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, operations, finance, support, and sales to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver product strategy by building, managing and prioritizing product backlog

  • Coordinate with all cross-functional teams to gather feedback on requirements

  • Write user stories and support product documentation for upcoming launches

  • Provide new feature training, start up support and sales support as needed to ensure product success

  • Engage with the development team as the product owner to contribute to and lead aspects of our agile scrum practices by participating in standup, backlog grooming, sprint planning and retrospectives

  • Leverage data and business insights to support product lifecycle from inception to post launch

Position Requirements


Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent required, MBA is a plus

  • Minimum of 3 years' product management experience in an agile environment with cross functional teams

  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products

  • Examples and at least one sample of an effective product document delivered in the past

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

Licenses & Certifications

  • Valid driver's license

Travel Requirements

  • Willingness to travel up to 10%

Estimated Wage Ramge: $97,200-$133,700+
