AR Analyst at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Exton, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

We are looking for a AR Analyst for our client. This is a hybrid role with three days working onsite.


Responsibilites:

• Utilize AR data and maintain account balances


• Support AR Manager as needed with projects


• Support and establish working relationships with internal and external teams


• Apply analytical skills to research, validate and resolve deductions, short pays, and any discrepancies


• Prepare reports as needed on weekly and monthly basis

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of AR, collections, GL experience required


• Associates or BS degree in Accounting, Finance preferred


• Strong excel skills and knowledge of ERP systems
