Job Description:

Meta is seeking a dynamic and experienced Channels Manager to join our Meta Quest App Store Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and optimizing all channel initiatives related to store merchandising campaigns, ensuring seamless integration across emails, notifications, social media, blogs, influencers, and additional media outlets. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive key metrics and enhance the success of our merchandising campaigns.



Channels Manager Responsibilities:



  • Channel Leadership: Lead and manage all channel initiatives on the store merchandising team, including emails, notifications, social media, blogs, influencers, FOA, and additional media outlets.

  • Campaign Optimization: Optimize notifications and emails to ensure they align with and enhance all store merchandising campaigns.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to leverage various channels effectively, identifying the most impactful levers to improve key performance metrics.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and other departments to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Measurement: Partner with engineering and data science to build and improve a robust measurement framework for our channel programs.

  • Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of merchandising campaigns across all channels, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content for emails, social media, blogs, and other channels to support merchandising efforts.

  • Influencer Engagement: Develop and manage relationships with influencers to amplify campaign reach and effectiveness.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.





Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience managing a channel marketing program (Email Marketing, Organic/Paid Social, etc.).

  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, blogs, and influencer marketing.

  • Proven strategic thinking and analytical skills, who can translate data into actionable insights.

  • Demonstrated experience to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience in learning and using content management systems.

  • Excellent business judgment, strong fact-based decision-making, problem-solving, and a practical sense of drawing the right conclusion

  • Strong communication skills with a focus on being clear, simple, and direct

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Think outside of the box to solve complex problems

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and driving team results

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms

  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably within an e-commerce environment

  • HTML/CSS skills

$129,000/year to $187,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits


Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
