Job Description:

Client is looking for an Accounting Clerk. This position will be responsible for assisting the Accounting Supervisor with general processing checks, invoices, incoming and outgoing mail.


Job Duties include:
Process all incoming/outgoing mail and parcelsProvides excellent customer service to the field units and vendorsEnsure all donations are properly counted and transmitted to the AR AccountantsSupport duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functionsScan all checks for deposit and donor data center processingMake deposits at the bank for cash/coin contributionsAssist accounts payable with vendor creationMaintain confidentiality of all financial dataAssist in filing and other office job dutiesProvide assistance and support for Accounting Supervisor.Assist field units with essential finance systems training

AA degree highly preferred.
Minimum 1-3 years office experience preferred
