Risk and Compliance Analyst at Kforce Inc in Grand Rapids, Michigan

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client located in the Grand Rapids, MI area is seeking a Risk and Compliance Analyst to join their team. The client offers unlimited PTO and 14 holidays. This is a hybrid schedule. They will travel 2 weeks a year Internationally and Stateside.

Duties:

• Responsible for ensuring that the client follows all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards


• Monitor the company's compliance with rule and regulations


• As a Risk and Compliance Analyst, you will identify any potential risks or violations


• Balance Sheet Review across global entities


• Annual SOX testing

REQUIREMENTS:

• BA or BS in Accounting required


• 3+ years of Audit and Accounting experience


• Public accounting experience


• Software: Prior experience with top tier ERP required (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other accounting software applications


• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel


• Communication skills written and verbal


• CPA certification preferred but not required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
