RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Billing Analyst in Maryland Heights, MO.

Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Billing Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Billing Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate billing processes and providing insights into billing data trends.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness


• Billing Analyst will identify discrepancies and investigate root causes of billing issues


• Generate reports and provide insights into billing trends and patterns


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement billing process improvements


• Utilize JIRA to track and manage billing-related tasks and projects


• Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data as needed


• As a Billing Analyst, you will participate in testing and validation of billing system enhancements and upgrades


• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Billing Analyst or similar role within the telecommunications industry


• Experience using JIRA for task and project management


• Familiarity with telecommunications billing systems (e.g., CSG, Amdocs, Oracle)


• Strong understanding of basic SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work


• Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
