RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Scrum Master in San Antonio, Texas (TX).

Summary:
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join a large scale 3-5 year program to help delivery an enterprise software application. There are multiple workstreams and this Scrum Master will have the responsibility to help run 1 or multiple teams for this project. We are ideally looking for someone who has come from a software development background and that has exposure to leading large initiatives in a scrum agile Kanban environment. This person should be able to help improve the process while running the sprint teams and overcoming obstacles. Effective communication to the business will also be key. This position will primarily be focused on the Scrum Master role.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Seeking individual with 2+ years of proven scrum master experience coaching and serving agile scrum teams


• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
