Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Saint Cloud, MN that is currently seeking an Operations Associate. This is a unique opportunity to join our team in providing operational support and world class customer service to our clients.

Duties:

• Operations Associate will provide operational, customer service and administrative support for the Annuity Insurance Department


• Be responsible for daily processing of work associated with the department; This may include journal entries, account processing, payment solutions, etc.


• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers via email, fax, phone


• Be a liaison between customers/financial professionals and institutions, including banks, credit unions and clearing firms


• As an Operations Associate, you will perform various account calculations/reconciliation


• Perform research as requested on customer accounts


• Provide phone support for department


• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent


• 1+ year of experience working in an office environment


• 1+ year of experience with MS Office

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
