RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Maryland Heights, MO. Our client strives to connect their customers to superior communications and entertainment products with the highest quality service.

Summary:
This person will be working closely with enterprise architecture, building/architecting centralized rules engine. The Business Systems Analyst will be working with architecture team and helping them with HLD (High Level Design) is given, work with the team. The candidate will be getting requirements and looking at current process and documenting those changes, (bigger picture what will this rules engine will look like long term). They are looking for a very technical BA to take requirements and create what systems are impacted, what APIs are impacted, data elements, and look at do we need additional data, and what systems are using data.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Analytical skills/Technical BA - systems data, how things work on the back end


• Need to know APIs


• Created process flows, reading, and understanding process flows


• Documentation


• Database knowledge


• SQL, Oracle


• DB Queries - type of mindset; Doesn't need to write from scratch but ability to do that and the logical/analytical mindset that comes with


• Data mapping - helpful


• JIRA, Chalk - tools used


• Self-starter, ability to keep up with fast pace working environment

Nice to have:

• Experience implementing business rules - very helpful


• Pega, Camunda, BRE - types of rules engine

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
