Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A client with Kforce is seeking a Compensation Project Manager to join their growing team in Jacksonville, FL. They are seeking someone who can work on-site, hybrid, or fully remote. If hybrid, the Manager needs to be able to report into the Cincinatti OH office location. If remote, this candidate needs to be located in EST zone.

The Compensation Process and Project Manager will be supporting:

• Position 1: Developing and documenting compensation processes, procedures and guidelines. Will work with Comp, Business partners, and talent acquisition to align on guidance and build a framework for the People & Culture team to work within


• Position 2: Support Executive Comp and Sales Comp - sales incentive plan distribution and

communications; support long-term incentive stand-up and processes; administrative processing of LTI and sales plan; process documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced Excel and Word skills


• Adaptable to change


• Good communication skills


• Project management skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
