Executive Assistant to $85K plus bonus-Join a Prestigious firm!




Excellent opportunity for an articulate, energetic and personable individual to join a top financial firm as an Executive Assistant supporting a busy team of executives. This professional will be an integral part of the team by managing very busy calendars, scheduling meetings, booking international and domestic travel arrangements as well as a variety of other projects including putting together PowerPoint presentations. The qualified Assistant will be familiar with Microsoft Office and other software and have 3+ years of experience; bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
