Job Description:

Carlisle Construction Materials Incorporated, a worldwide leading diversified manufacturer of premium building products and related technologies, has an immediate opening for a Marketing Brand Manager in its Hunter Panels division.This position will provide brand marketing strategy and support including marketing, digital support, asset development, and creative support within the marketplace for the supported brands. They will oversee their brands' marketing coordinator and provide them with support.


This job will be expected to perform duties Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. This job will require up to 30% travel for the calendar year.


Duties and Responsibilities:


* Works closely with product and marketing managers to oversee coordination of marketing programs from start to completion.
* Organizes, executes, and coordinates live/virtual events including tradeshows, customer and partner events, industry events, training seminars, and other corporate events.
* Supports sales staff with marketing tools.
* Works closely with the sales directors and regional managers on strategy, Territory Development Plans, opportunity states, ad hoc customer needs and customer incentive trips.
* Coordinates and executes advertising strategy.
* Oversees promotional materials from appropriate brand and product representation.
* Act as partner and liaison between customers and marketing.
* Attends trade shows, meetings and the brand national sales meeting and presents year in review, what's new and a look ahead from a marketing perspective.
* Other duties as assigned.


Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:


* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and prioritize work.
* Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as Windows and iOS.
* Knowledge of marketing and social media strategies.


Education and Experience:


* Required:


* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
* 5-7 years of experience within a related marketing or communications field
* Preferred:


* Previous management experience
* Experience in the construction industry, as well as B2B communication is strongly preferred.
