Broadband Automation Lead at Infosys Limited in bethpage, New York

Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Wi-Fi CPE Automation Technology Lead. In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. This position is based out of Bethpage, NY. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Bethpage, NY or be willing to relocate to the area. This position require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• At least 4 years of experience in manual and automated tests to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of Wi-Fi CPE devices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in variety of programming languages (Python, Java, C#) for creating automation test scripts specific for broadband gateways.
• At least 3 years of experience in Tool/API testing on network devices.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi standards).
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Experience with performance testing and analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark, iPerf)would be an added advantage.
• Exposure to RDKB would be an added advantage.
• Experience with the implementation and optimization of CICD pipelines would be an added advantage.
