Job Description:

Our Willamette valley client is looking for someone available immediately to join their team on a temporary (to hire) basis as an Accounts Payable Specialist. This organization is known for having a great reputation in their industry, fun team and highly engaged leaders.


As the Accounts Payable Specialist you will work alongside a Senior AP Specialist and Accounting Manager to oversee a high volume of PO and Non-PO based invoices, process company wide expense reimbursement through Concur, and respond to vendor inquiries.


As the AP Specialist you bring the following experience:

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience using an ERP system


• Experience using Concur or a similar software


• Excel skills that include pivot tables and look-ups


• A friendly team player personality who likes laughing and having a good time

Compensation is DOE but $25-27hr, must be open to onsite work in Newberg with occasional opportunities to work from home.
