Human Resources Assistant

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Responsible for retrieving voicemails and forwarding to appropriate personnel.
* Maintain a well-organized office to support efficient functioning of the Human Resources Department.
* File all sick and vacation forms that will be housed outside of the personnel files.
* Must guard sensitive and confidential information with great discretion.
* Assist Sr. Recruiter by screening candidates, scheduling appointments and booking conference rooms.
* Able to walk around the facility frequently throughout the day.
* Distribute and follow-up on paperwork.
* Assist Training Specialist with scanning, reviewing and saving training documentation.
* Post memos around the facility and remove when appropriate.
* Ensure all postings around the facility are in good order.
* Review and sort employee timesheets during payroll processing.
* Track and enter missing punches in UKG.
* Prepare, review, and calculate temporary employee's timecards.
* Ensure office supplies are available at all times and order replacement items before they deplete.
* Regular, punctual attendance.
* Perform all other duties as assigned.
