ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Responding to inquiries and requests for information.


• Processing exemptions and conducting data entry tasks.


• Reviewing various recorded documents, such as online deed records, pertaining to property ownership.


• Updating and managing mailing addresses.


• Printing and scanning paper documents.


• Maintaining both alpha and numeric filing systems.


• Fulfilling receptionist duties as necessary.


• Meeting minimum accuracy and productivity standards.


• Executing tasks effectively in high-pressure situations while interacting with the public.


• Identifying and safeguarding confidential information.


• Operating standard office equipment proficiently.


• Performing additional duties as assigned.


• Addressing taxpayer inquiries efficiently via phone or in-person.

KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

• 
  Must be fluent in Spanish/English
  


• Excellent written and oral communication skills


• Proficient in practical mathematics and grammar


• 
  Accurate Data Entry skills equivalent to typing 40 wpm
  


• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel desirable


• Work experience in mortgage lending, property management or other related field desirable


• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
