Job Description:

DART First State has an immediate job opening for a Certification and Permitting Specialist at our office in Wilmington, Delaware. The Certification and Permitting Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the various functions and responsibilities of the Office of Public Carriers (OPC) are carried out in a complete, efficient, and effective manner.  The incumbent reviews and processes initial and renewal applications and provides information and guidance to applicants and the general public regarding requirements and procedures. Work involves accessing highly confidential computerized databases; preparing summaries and reports; organizing and coordinating administrative details; and executing follow-up and tracking.
