Your role:


  • Manage, review and analyze contracts to determine remaining contractual obligation for early terminations due to bankruptcy, closure of facilities, switching to competitive vendors or unplugging of instrumentation. Continuous follow up till resolution.
  • Research and determine ownership of Siemens equipment
  • Determine instrument valuations for upgrades, refinancing and customer buyouts of Siemens owned equipment.
  • Provide accurate instrument values to be used for MEA accounting
  • Research and approve all instrument returns/de-installs requests
  • Primary contact for research and execution for Transfer and Assumptions, Title Transfers and Consent to Assignment
  • Primary support for Corporate Accounts to provide detailed information for all current Siemens contracts
  • Maintain accuracy of books and records by ensuring compliance with all finance, accounting, and quality policies
  • Participate in process improvement, IT and other project initiatives as needed



Your expertise:





  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with ability to apply problem solving techniques, creativity, and critical thinking to drive continuous improvement

  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of issues and collaborate with /consult with peers and others outside of functional area to resolve complex issues and improve existing processes.

  • Demonstrated understanding of basic accounting and finance principles

  • Demonstrated ability to perform moderate financial analysis and prepare reports accurately

  • Knowledge of contract language

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business preferred with at least 2 years of related experience

  • Financial acumen and demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex problems and apply problem-solving skills effectively is needed. Ability to operate independently, make decisions and recommendations to resolve issues is important. Able to evaluate and analyze data in a logical manner

  • SAP knowledge and experience

  • Experience with digitalization, business process improvement, or similar functions.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

  • Strong mathematical skills and reasoning. Moderate Excel skills - Able to perform V-Lookup

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

  • Must be able to multi-task, prioritize workflow, perform under sensitive deadlines.

  • Adaptable to change
