JOB SUMMARY

The Quality Data Analyst Assistant is responsible for ensuring that UC milestones are accurately and completely input and/or corrected before finalizing them and relaying the analytics to the government client.  This position is not remote and is located in McAllen, Texas.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Uses Company systems (Mercury) to review employee entered trip milestones for completion and accuracy.


  • Perform daily reviews of Mercury data utilizing MS PowerBI reporting to verify the integrity of the data that is being collected from the TSs while using the transport app.


  • Manipulate data in Excel to produce reports.


  • Provide feedback and expedite remedies of poor data quality for corrective action from the various locations transporting UCs / FAMUs


  • Pull and research incomplete and inaccurate records, contact employees, Site Supervisors and/or Site Managers to get complete and/or correct information.


  • Responds to phone calls from internal customers as well as clients.


  • Utilizes different methods of communication to contact various employees (i.e., telephone, text, email) to track down pertinent information to meet tight deadlines.


  • Updates reports with accurate and complete information and provides information to client and/or clients designated.


  • Monitors and tracks employee utilization and overtime, in conjunction with the Deputy Program Manager.


  • Performs weekly reviews of mileage reports submitted by Data Librarians for billing purposes; responsible for verifying the accuracy of mileage information from various sources, to include emails from Command Center, site locations and Command Center, Verizon Connect, google maps, work orders, Shared Services data, etc.


  • Perform weekly reviews of ICE Workday roster in conjunction with People Services.


  • Maintains and safeguards sensitive and confidential information.


  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s degree or associate degree and (2) years of experience in data analysis or quality assurance OR High School diploma/GED and four (4) years’ experience in data analysis/quality assurance.


  • Minimum two (2) year experience using Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.


  • Produces high quality deliverables with strong attention to detail.


  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.


  • Familiar with Mercury or Power BI reports. 


  • Travel required up to 20%.


  •  Must be able to work independently.   


  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Products. 


Clearance:

  • Applicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and may be required to meet the following conditions of employment.

Security Clearance Requirements:


  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance. 


  • Favorable credit check for all cleared positions. 


  • Successfully passed a background investigation, drug screen.


  • May be required to pass or present specific requirements depending on the program (i.e., DOT exam, vaccinations, CPR, flu shot). 


  • US Citizenship.


Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

Standing/Walking/Mobility:  Must have mobility to attend meetings with other managers and employees.

Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling:  0% - 10% of the time.

Lifting/Pulling/Pushing:  0% - 10% of the time.

Fingering/Grasping/Feeling:  Must be able to write, type and use a telephone system 100% of the time.

Sitting:  0% - 10% of the time.
