Job Description:

The Great Expectations Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) program provides case management and education through home visitation for first-time pregnant women and their families from Aspen to Parachute Colorado.

Nurse home visitors conduct home visits from the early prenatal period to the child's second birthday.

Starting salary $35-41/hour Create your schedule once at caseload 10 paid holidays, 8 hour a month accrual of vacation and 8 hour a month accrual of sick time $500 per month student loan payments 100% employee paid health insurance
