Position Summary...


What you'll do...
Work with cross functional team to drive Refrigeration asset strategy. Includes developing and driving compliance with refrigeration preventative maintenance programs and conditioned based monitoring of refrigeration assets. Coordinate across the enterprise for refrigeration asset end-of-life replacement strategy and compliance with Zero Emissions objectives around low GWP refrigerants. Work across teams and stakeholders in asset lifecycle process improvement and developing asset replacement strategies while minimizing store operation disruption and obtaining lowest total cost of ownership. Identify and develop data centric products and/or applications for asset decision making, including reviewing field technician feedback and other business drivers, and incorporating those requests into a cohesive refrigeration asset strategy. Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance; accordingly, developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Maintains relationships and supports internal stakeholders by identifying improvement opportunities and recommending enhancing the performance of assets; improving the building and refrigeration system's efficiency, performance, and life; and facilitating corrective action plans. Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness. What you'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management or related field or 5 years of experience in supermarket refrigeration & HVAC systems design, application, and service requirements. Process Improvement experience. Experience in data analytics. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage up and down the organization with experience in reporting and teaching. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Being a Subject Matter Expert In: Supermarket Refrigeration systems Experience in design & application of Refrigeration systems and controls. Business Acumen: Develop and present a business case or value proposition and defend challenges. Programmatic thought process that provides clear project objectives, strategies, and deliverables Leadership Skills: Communication skills to engage with, and garner engagement & collaboration of key stakeholders as well as leadership. Project Management skills to drive solutions and deliver objectives within established budgets & timelines. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
