PowerFrame Maintenance Tech at Clarios, LLC in WEST UNION, South Carolina

Job Description:

• Diagnose problems, repair, adjust and maintain production equipment and machinery to ensure reliability and efficient day-to-day operations.


• Work with shift supervisors, lead operators and machine operators to test and inspect grid regularly, and identify issues affecting quality and production.


• Make periodic checks of machines and equipment and perform preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected downtime.


• Troubleshoot and repair general mechanical and electrical components and equipment. 


• Collaborate with external vendors in the repair and servicing of production equipment.


• Work well under pressure to repair equipment quickly.


• Read and understand electrical, equipment manuals, pneumatic schematics and mechanical drawings.


• Work with High Performance teams for continuous improvements


• Keep work areas clean and orderly following 5S procedures


• Strictly adhere to all plant safety rules


• Take active part in group meetings to maintain safety, quality, and increase productivity and morale
