Job Description:

Multiple Site Tax Credit Compliance Specialist

Department: Property Management

Location:  St. Mary’s of the Woods, Miller Parrott, Historic Sullivan Lofts

Summary of Role: As a Multiple Site Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for all compliance-related items for the designated portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Process applications for move-in, including obtaining all required documents, verifications & certifications.  Obtain approval from Compliance Department prior to move-in.

  • Ensure move-in documentation including signed lease and tenant income certification are filed in order and resident folder is placed in filing cabinet.

  • Process recertifications, including obtaining all required documents, verifications & certifications.  Obtain approval from Compliance Department for all 3rd party recertifications.

  • Generate recertification leases & tenant income certification and obtain resident signatures.

  • Ensure recertification documentation including signed lease and tenant income certification are filed in order and resident folder is placed in filing cabinet.

  • Process & distribute all resident recertification notices.

  • Complete event tracking monthly and submit on or before the due date.

  • Maintain waiting list.

  • Prepare & submit files to Compliance for State, Investor & Financial Auditor Reviews. 

  • Obtain and submit corrections to Compliance for any requested items.

  • Ensure Affordable Housing Policies & Procedures are followed.

Qualifications:


  • High School diploma required

  • Associate's degree or above preferred

  • 2+ years of multifamily compliance experience preferred
