Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing purchasing and invoicing practices within the organization, as well as ensuring compliance with All-Inclusive contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and auditing, with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and ensuring adherence to financial regulations and contractual agreements.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough audits of purchasing and invoicing processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
2. Review and analyze financial documents, invoices, contracts, and other relevant records to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
3. Verify that all purchases are made in accordance with established policies and procedures.
4. Ensure compliance with All-Inclusive contracts by reviewing terms and conditions, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying any deviations.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including procurement, finance, and legal departments to address audit findings.
6. Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans to improve processes and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CIA certification is a plus.
2. Proven experience in financial auditing, preferably with a focus on purchasing and invoicing practices.
3. Familiarity with All-Inclusive contracts and experience in contract compliance auditing.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
6. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
7. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
