Job Description

Specific Responsibilities\nThe Vendor Performance Manager Works closely with Service Delivery Managers and Procurement Teams in transition, benchmarking and provider rationalization ensuring that the overall Governance and Process Framework are integrated for all strategic IT vendors. Key responsibilities include conducting 360o Relationship Reviews, reports on all aspects of Provider Relationship Management; supports the day-to-day administration of the Governance Framework, maintains the Governance\nLibrary, Governance Tool, Provider Profiles, Governance processes and Training. In addition, the role also provides analysis of the Provider Ecosystem and market intelligence supporting opportunities to add new providers when needed.\nRequired Competencies:\n• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.\n• Deep understanding of the IT and application landscape, including interdependencies with business processes.\n• Exceptional listening, communication (written and spoken), data storytelling and presentation skills with an ability to gain buy-in, influence and build rapport with partners of diverse cultures and levels of expertise.\n• Change agent who excels at change management, is organized, detailed, and able to grasp and apply new concepts quickly and relay/implement within the team.\n• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large Opex and Capex budgets.\n• Accountability for quality deliverables with urgency and attention to detail.\n• Complexity management in broad organizations with competing priorities.\nExperience Requirements:\n• 5+ years managing large, global, multi-vendor IT projects.\n• Proficiency with core IT service concepts and strategy.\n• Experience managing conflict, escalations, negotiating compromise and influencing others and problem solving.\n• Strong Quantitative and problem-solving ability: Ability to conceptualize complex problems and develop an analytical road map for them.\n• Facilitation of key decisions in cross-functional projects.\n• Leadership and mentoring in a matrixed environment.\n• Successful collaboration with business leaders on digital technology strategy.\nEducation/Certification Requirements:\n• Requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferable in a technical discipline.\n• Continuous Learning: Demonstrated commitment to staying updated on emerging trends and technologies in vendor management.\n*** Please note that this role is hybrid.
