Job Description



Eurofins Environment Testing - Eastern Analytical located in Concord, NH is looking for a competent Administrative Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. This is a full-time (40 hour per week) position. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Multi-tasking is a must.



Responsibilities



• Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures


• Answer phones and greet customers in our busy "Front Office" setting


• Sort and distribute reports and invoices in a timely manner


• Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information


• Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues


• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies


• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues


• Assistance with various administrative tasks when needed



Skills



• Excellent communication and computer skills


• Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role


• Knowledge or willingness to learn "back-office" computer systems


• Working knowledge of office equipment


• Thorough understanding of office management procedures


• Excellent organizational and time management skills


• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Proficiency in MS Office

Qualifications

• Comfortable with standing for periods of time, such as to file.


• High school diploma or equivalent

Additional Information



Compensation range:$15-17/HR (DOE)


Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) provides a compensation range for informational purposes, the actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill set, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location.
