What we do:   

The Business Services group is responsible for coordinating, integrating, and administering a range of diverse support functions. Areas of responsibility include delivering business operations, administrative and related support services to the Bank; shared services; managing reception, providing office mailroom support; operating and managing Bank travel, transportation and wellness services; and managing the operations of the library network and associated services.

Postal and Printing Services is responsible for providing mail services to the Bank. Activities include producing documents, collecting, recording, sorting and filing information, and handling mail.

Your role as a Printing and Postal Services Analyst: 

You will be responsible for receiving, processing, dispatching, and delivering incoming, outgoing, registered, certified, and ordinary mail and packages to and from the U.S. Postal Service and other delivery services.  You will also provide scanning, printing, and duplicating services and work with customers to provide services and field questions.


  • Sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail.


  • Process outgoing mail using postage software/equipment.


  • Organize, input, scan, and mail out time-sensitive documents.


  • Distribute information received into various centralized mailboxes.


  • Interact with customers who have questions about receiving or mailing documents.


  • Provide scanning services for business area documents.


  • Assist with printing and duplicating orders.

  • High School diploma required.


  • One or more years of experience working in an operational setting that handles physical items preferred.
